Moulson Process Plant

Chemical Engineers

The engineers selected and employed at Moulson Process Plant Ltd are all highly motivated, professionally qualified chemical engineers, with many years of experience in the industry.

They come with a range of experience from diverse areas of the process industry, ranging from food and drink, bulk and speciality chemicals and equipment design and supply.

They are chartered chemical engineers, and maintain strong links with the Institution of Chemical Engineers - participating in the Fluids Separations Subject Group, which in turn has very strong links with the Universities, thus giving us an understanding of the latest work in the areas of distillation, absorption, extraction, membrane technologies, etc, and the people working in these fields.

To go along with their process design capability, our chemical engineers also have capital costing expertise and project management skills, which allow Moulson to provide the total engineered package to our customers, from conceptual design right through to construction and commissioning.

Our engineers use computer-based programmes to aid them in their design work - both in-house systems and proprietary software.

They are backed up by our design draughtsmen who provide plant layout and piping arrangement expertise, in order to turn the design into a plant that is ergonomically designed alongside the process layout requirements.
